Day 1
Im already behind since I haven't published this one yet but Ill make it quick.
I did really well today eating until dinner. We went out for my mother in law's birthday and due to some issues with the food, the restaurant bought us all dessert. Originally I was going to pass, but since I'm Indian, we can't pass up a deal and I ended up eating half of a Key lime pie....sigh.
Well, at least I only had 2 soda's for the day.
Now, for breakfast I had a Nutrilite Cherry Almond Meal replacement bar, Nutrilite has 3 other flavors but my favorite is the Cherry Almond and the Lemon Twist.
I started trying to take Slimmetry on a regular basis instead of whenever I remember as its supposed to be an appetite suppressor which I really need.
Had the Body Key meal replacement shake with stevia, which I have to say, is not the best tasting shake. I do mix it with water which is what I have done with my protein shake for the last 10 years. Im going to maybe see if almond milk or peanut butter or whatever will help with the taste. More to come there.
I also took one of the Aloe shots. I'm a little confused as to what these really do. It says it gets my body ready for a new way of eating, but that isn't really a good explanation. At least I only have to take it the first 2 days, which I have already failed for today since I only took it once.
No work out today.
