I woke up this morning at 8:10 and went to the gym and did 20 min on the elliptical. Again, this is amazing as the last time I was up before 8:45 was.........hmmm, I can't seem to remember.
That was a big win for me. The demographic at the YMCA is a lot different than at 4pm. It was much more...mature and what was funny is that they were all in better shape them me.
Since I decided to blog my weight loss adventure, I have been trying to be aware of how I feel and the Nutrilite Slimmetry is really helping with the cravings. I don't think of food as often as I used and has cut down on my cravings.
Food
Apple for breakfast
Pizza for lunch
Skinny pop for snack - big mistake. I dont know what it is, but I ended up eating 4 servings to they should really name it skinny popcorn but you will eat the whole bag and get fat. This is why I like the Body Key popcorn. It helps the appetite b/c it has Green tea extract sprinkled on it which helps with appetite.
I will not be buying these again because you can't be skinny if your polishing off half the stupid bag.
For dinner I had the Body Key ready to drink meal replacement shake. These I really like but they do have 11g of sugar so that is the one upside to the make your own one which is sweetened with Stevia.
But these things are pretty convenient and I drink the Milk Chocolate flavor.
