Day 2
I worked out today....YES!
And in the morning....YES!
Anyone who knows me will know thats a feat as Im not a very good morning person. I usually wake up at 9am and go straight into the office to begin work but today, I got up 30 min early and lifted. Nothing too major but I did it.
I took my slimmetry before the workout and by the end, I wasn't hungry. I really think its working to suppress my appetite which is sorely needed as when I tried to eat less the last couple of weeks, I would end up just scarfing down some doritos or a snickers bar or whatever I could get my hands on.
I took the Aloe shot before lunch and my stomach was a little upset. I think I know what they mean now by, "gets your body ready for a new way of eating"
I did end up eating an apple and then my shake for lunch and the 2nd half of the key lime pie. For dinner the wife and I split a Chicken Gyro and NO FRIES....WIN!
I incorporated the Body Key Appetite Control chews as well. These things are great, they are like a starburst but help make you feel full due to the Glucomannan Fiber. NOTE: Must drink 8oz of water with these otherwise it may cause choking. I usually eat a quarter at a time to make sure I don't choke!
