Day 7 - End of Week 1


I did it, I survived a whole week.  Looking back at the week, I think I did pretty good.  If I had to give myself a grade I would say a B- or so.

Today is Sunday and is reserved for my "cheat" day.  This is the day I can enjoy some of the items that I try not to eat during the week, but in MODERATION.  This way I don't go crazy and eat my arm off as I need it to make a living.

Food: 

Bar for breakfast.

Went to Egg Harbor for Lunch where I had an Omelet, english muffin and some potato cubes.  I avoided the much desired french toast with syrup and pancakes as they are really carb heavy and just not conducive to my goals.

For Dinner, we ended up going to Chipotle and I had 4 hard shell steak tacos.  Normally I would do a Chicken burrito bowl but this was Sunday and I was going all out, but still trying to make wise decisions by not getting a full blown burrito AND tacos.  (Maybe this is why I gained so much weight)


Exercise

The day was full of random exercises.  Exercises for my shoulder, planks, running in place.  Nothing to major but at least I didn't sit on the couch all day long.


As I look back on the week, I have to say that the Body Key shake is growing on me.  It does keep me full and satisfied and as long as I chug it down, the taste isnt that bad.  I think the most surprising item is the Nutrilite Slimmetry.  It has really helped with my appetite and I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from a See Food complex.  The other thing that has helped in that arena are the Raspberry appetite control chews.

Tomorrow is weigh in day so lets see if the results are good or not.
