Its Saturday and it hailed golf ball sized ice balls. It was ridiculous. What does this have to do with my weight loss journey? Well, I ended up doing some sprints from the door to the car to try to get it in the garage before my hood looked like a...golf ball!
Ended up going outside because it was so beautiful and playing some softball. Just some catch, hitting, fielding. My back wasn't hurting that bad which is a good thing as the extra weight up front has caused some issues with the spine in the back, part of the reason for needing to lose weight.
Nothing to crazy today, Cherry almond bar for breakfast, ate an apple before having 5/8ths of a Ultra thin crust Home Run Inn cheese pizza. We got these to help the pizza cravings but with less stuff.
Then after softball, we went to Chick Fil A and I had a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Ive implemented a rule when I go out to eat and that is to only get one thing. Meals do not count as 1 item.
Going to head out to the team meeting later tonight where I will have the option to have an ice cream sundae which I am going to try very hard to resist. Will let you know tomorrow if I ate it or not.
Update: I DID NOT EAT ANY ICE CREAM! I really wanted to but didn't. Plus it helped that my wonderful wife, who is my biggest supporter, didn't have any either.
