Day 5

TGIF

Read an interesting article today that resonated with me.  I think I'm experiencing something similar as I have been cutting out sugar and fake crap.

My Family Stopped Eating Sugar for a Year and This is What Happened

For exercise today, I ended up walking Red (Father In Law's dog)


Eating:

Apple
BodyKey Meal replacement shake.  I ended up just chugging this sucker and it wasn't bad.  I will no longer drink it like a normal shake.  I also had a spoonful of peanut butter and some cashews after.

For dinner, we went to a place called Taco Burrito King in Des Plaines.  Boy was that a mistake.  I ended up getting the Super cheese fries and a junior steak fajita burrito.  It was so good.  I didn't finish it all but I could have probably done fine without the fries.
